The purpose of this course is to train design professionals on safety related design and installation methods for automated vehicular gates to insure that their designs are in compliance with current industry safety standards and the IBC, IFC, IRC and IPMC. These safety standards include the UL 325 Standard for Safety for Door, Drapery, Gate, Louver, and Window Operators and Systems, and the ASTM F2200 Standard Specification for Automated Vehicular Gate Construction.
