This course explores the use of coil and extrusion coatings (70% PVDF metal coatings) for protecting and enhancing exterior façades. It demonstrates how utilizing color and aesthetic attributes can further enhance a building’s impact and brand recognition. The coating application/treatment process is also discussed in detail. Sustainability benefits that 70% PVDF coating has to offer are outlined, and real-world case studies show the positive impact that 70% PVDF coatings can have on a project.

Robin had an extensive career in commercial architecture in the position of Director of Design where she managed multi-disciplined design teams. Her diversified portfolio consists of commercial, healthcare, education, government, hospitality, retail, and gaming projects. With her architectural background, she now helps architects with fluoropolymer solutions for commercial projects through specifications assistance, color matching, and product sampling. She also gives AIA accredited Learning Units (LUs) through continuing education courses. Robin is NCIDQ Certified, a member of the American Institute of Architects and the American Society of Interior Designers.
