Background:
Richard Hayden is the national Garden Roof Department Manager for American Hydrotech, Inc., where he manages staff that provide engineered LiteTop® soils, drainage materials, plants, edgings, and other supplies to contractors across the United States. Richard is also responsible for the Garden Roof QA/QC program, development of new product lines, and expansion of the use of Garden Roof Assembly nationwide. He has been a practicing landscape architect and infrastructure/streetscape/urban designer for more than 30 years with a broad range of project experience.
Kristin Rosebrough is the Sr. Project Architect, Associate Principal of Perkins and Will. She has 25 years of architectural experience that covers all levels of the practice on a variety of building types, including K-12, higher education, civic, and mixed use projects. Kristin specifically excels working on complicated projects that require customized approaches to project management, design, and technical development. She is an invested member of community organizations such as Deborah’s Place and Crew Chicago.
