Presenter Information
Name: Ken Woolf
Title: President, ProCoat Products Inc.
Background: With bachelors and masters degrees in Engineering, Ken holds a doctorate in Administration and Management. Following his employment in the aerospace industry, Ken spent between 1968 and 1979 on the faculty at three major universities.
In 1983, after three years back in industry, Ken founded ProCoat Products, Inc. when he identified the need for a product that would restore acoustical ceiling tiles without damaging the acoustical or fire retardant characteristics. He has directed the growth of ProCoat around ProCoustic, a product that has become known as the “Scotch Tape” in the ceiling restoration industry.
From an environmental perspective, he has introduced this system as a means of avoiding solid waste disposal and earning LEED credits in the process.
Ken is in frequent demand as a speaker and author on the subject of ceiling restoration. An ardent tennis-payer, Ken and his wife enjoy living on Cape Cod, MA.
