Title: Project Manager, Design + Development Group, Whirlpool Corporation
Background: Andrea Hutchins is a Project Manager in the Design + Development Group of Whirlpool Corporation. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the University of Detroit Mercy, is a Member of the American Institute of Architects, and a NKBA Associate Kitchen + Bath Designer (AKBD).
Andrea’s professional experience includes the architecture firms of Brooks Architectural, Inc., Mamola Associates Architects, P.C., Hobbs + Black Architects, and The Troyer Group. Andrea joined Whirlpool Corporation in 2008, where she specializes in partnering with the design and building industry through the creation of educational, informational, and experiential resources for design professionals. She speaks and teaches on behalf of the Whirlpool Corporation brands including: Whirlpool, KitchenAid, Jenn-Air, Maytag, and Gladiator GarageWorks about design and technology trends that impact residential architecture.
Active in both the professional community and her local community, Andrea is a member of the Southwest Michigan chapter of the AIA. Andrea volunteers with the local chapter of Habitat for Humanity.
Dan Page-Wood is a Project Manager in the Design + Development Group of Whirlpool Corporation. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the University of Detroit Mercy, is an Associate Member of the American Institute of Architects, and a NKBA Associate Kitchen + Bath Designer (AKBD).
Dan has worked for AIA award-winning firms including Allegretti Architects and Albert Kahn Associates. He has also worked as a Studio Head within the Architecture Department of Crate & Barrel. Dan now works for Whirlpool Corporation, where he specializes in partnering with the design and building industry by creating educational, informational, and experiential resources for design professionals. He speaks and teaches on behalf of the Whirlpool, KitchenAid, Jenn-Air, Maytag, and Gladiator GarageWorks brands about design and technology trends that impact residential architecture.
Active in both the professional community and his local community, Dan sits on the Advisory Board for the Center for Real Life Kitchen Design at Virginia Tech. He is also active locally and nationally with Habitat for Humanity at a personal and professional level.
