Crothall Breaks Ground to Build Its First Green Laundry Facility

State-of-the-art facility will be built to LEED specifications and use industry-leading green practices WAYNE, Pa., Aug. 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Crothall Laundry Services, a division of Crothall Healthcare, has announced that it has signed a build-to-suit lease for an 82,950-square-foot building on a 5.64-acre site located in the Creekside Corporate Park, Oak Creek, WI, to be used as a central laundry processing facility. The building will be developed by CenterPoint Properties. "Crothall is excited to be investing in the Oak Creek community to build our first laundry facility from the ground up and to LEED specifications. This commitment would not be possible without the support and partnership of Aurora Health Care.
