According to the terms of the agreement, Draper will provide gym equipment to selected Jaypro dealers who serve the new construction market, including three Jaypro-owned dealers in Southern California, Tennessee and New England. Jaypro will continue to concentrate on its core aftermarket athletic equipment business, and will be a key gymnasium equipment component and outdoor sports equipment supplier to Draper.
