Firms’ Director of Sustainable Design Lends His Expertise to Sustainable & Smart Conference FREEHOLD, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Cubellis, an international architecture, interior design and engineering firm, is pleased to announce that Steve Leone, AIA, LEED AP, Principal, Director of Sustainable Design, has been selected to participate as a speaker at Ecobuild, Sustainable, Green and High Performance Solutions for the Built Environment 2008, to be held December 8 -11 at the Washington Convention Center, Washington D.C. The 2008 Conference and exhibit will focus on the shared goal of designing and constructing a better built environment, by learning to harness the latest in technology, products, and proven strategies to improve future projects. Steve, the recipient of the M.V.P. Speakers Award in 2006 – 2007 from the New Jersey Chapter of the United States Green Building Council’s (USGBC) speakers bureau, will present a seminar titled Sustainable Design is Good Design and Good Business on Wednesday, December 10, from 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm. Attendees will learn first-hand how the implementation of systems and strategies that are clearly guided by suitability, durability, budget and common sense, make clients more successful on a number of different levels.
