Whirlpool Corporation Names Winner of its “Exploration of a Lifetime” Contest

BENTON HARBOR, Mich. (March 5, 2008) – Whirlpool Corporation today announced the winner of its “Exploration of a Lifetime” contest. The winner was selected from more than 500 entries collected during the 2008 International Builders’ Show(R)(IBS). The winner, Mike English of Mike English Construction, Inc., Riverview, Florida, won an all-inclusive trip for two to one of several exciting destinations throughout the world, including China, Egypt, South Africa, San Francisco, the Galapagos Islands and the wine-producing regions of Italy.
