Pella Corporation Earns J.D. Power and Associates Recognition

- Prestigious award honors Pella as leader in customer satisfaction - PELLA, Iowa, April 25 /PRNewswire/ -- Pella Corporation, recognized as a leader in the window and door industry, has earned a J.D. Power and Associates award. Pella earned the distinction as "An Outstanding Product and Service Experience for Home Builders."* J.D. Power and Associates, working with Pella, surveyed builders who used Pella to assess customer satisfaction. The results of the study are based on independent responses from more than 1,500 building industry professionals who rated Pella(R) products and services. The customer satisfaction measurement is based on performance in: price, delivery, product, warranty and repair service, credit/billing, sales and marketing support and placing orders. Pella notably exceeded the benchmark score for all factors contributing to overall customer satisfaction.
