Description: Alcan Composites USA Inc. introduced the first aluminum composite material (ACM) to the North American market in 1977, as Alucobond Material, and it continues to be the performance standard in many architectural applications. We introduced Sintra Material to the Western Hemisphere market in 1980, and it quickly became popular for a wide range of display-related uses.
