At New England Thinstones, we harvest the stone and procure it ourselves, selecting only the finest available in New England. We use the latest and most advanced cutting technology available, producing perfect corners and flats finished with a consistent profile and industry leading proportions.

Experienced stonemasons find that using larger pieces expedites the installation process and offers more creative shaping and sizing options. Conversely, working with heavy full dimension stone is an arduous process demanding precision hand sculpting and working each piece to an accurate thickness.

Increasing numbers of masons, builders and homeowners are discovering the substantial labor and time saving benefits of using veneer stone rather than much denser full dimension stone. Cladding with Thinstones also reduces the need to use structural footings, and Thinstones offers the advantage of approving the final wall layout prior to installation.
