For over 60 years, Vita has manufactured high quality nonwovens specifically designed for Thermal & Acoustic performance, Moisture Management, and various types of Air and Liquid Filtration. EnGuard® GlassFree Insulation Technology

EnGuard GlassFree Insulation Technology is a sustainable Thermal and Acoustic Blanket Insulation providing a solution to a growing environmental concern through the use of recycled plastic bottles and other pre-consumer recycled polyester content.
EnGuard™ contains no VOCs, formaldehyde or harmful chemicals, and it requires low embodied energy to produce. 50% of our materials are sourced within 500 miles of select operational sites and EnGuard™ waste materials can easily be recycled from the job site.
Our thermally bonded nonwoven fibers provide robust loft recovery and allow EnGuard™ to maintain thermal resistance with no degradation, resulting in reduced energy consumption, lower utilities, and a smaller carbon footprint.
