Since its formation in 2000, RenewABILITY Energy has established itself as the recognized leader in no-maintenance and low-maintenance Drain Water Heat Recovery (DWHR) technologies throughout the U.S. and Canada.

RenewABILITY Energy designs, manufactures, and sells the patent-pending Power-Pipe® DWHR System. Its headquarters and manufacturing facility are in Waterloo, Ontario (Canada).

The Power-Pipe is manufactured using high quality materials. Copper DWV used for the inner drain pipe is compliant with the ASTM B306 standard. The Type L or Type K Copper used for the outer coils is compliant with the ASTM B88 standard. All parts are silver soldered or brazed.

The Power-Pipe is precision manufactured and subject to numerous quality assurance checks throughout the manufacturing process. It is UL certified (U.S. and Canada) and perfectly safe for use with potable water.
