- Gain an understanding of the difference between standard and custom General Conditions.
Explain the Supplementary Conditions including their precedence and how they are organized.
Describe available General Conditions as well as the organizations that publish them.
Summarize common articles that some of the published General Conditions share including Payments, Termination and Work.
Identify the AIA Document A201 and the articles it contains including, Article 2, 3, and 4 which describe the Owner, Contractor and Architect's roles respectively.
