- Describe how the durability of high performance coatings make them more sustainable than other alternatives.
- Identify the environmental conditions that influence coating specifications.
- Determine the optimum high performance coating solution for a building project.

Title: Director of Marketing, The Sherwin-Williams Company
Background: Joe Kujawski began his career with Sherwin-Williams in 1984 and is currently the Director of Marketing for the Company’s architectural coatings business in North America. He has held many sales, marketing and management positions with Sherwin-Williams, including Commercial Branch Manager, Professional Coatings Representative, Sales Manager and District Manager. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Old Dominion University and an MBA in Marketing from Florida Atlantic University.
