Background: Kelvin, a registered professional engineer, has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in Civil Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Omaha. Kelvin has 9 years of experience in the insulating concrete form (ICF) industry. He has a broad knowledge on ICF products and specifications for both residential and commercial structures. With his 18 years of overall engineering background and experience, he is a valuable asset in all stages of the building process. He has a broad base of knowledge covering building code issues, engineering and design specifics as well as construction and technical matters. Kelvin is involved in all ICF industry related technical issues including ICFA Codes and Research Committee, PCA Concrete Design Standard, ACI 332, ACI 560, and ASTM E06.
