Define the Critical Path Method (CPM) and assess its advantages to a project.
Identify key moisture management strategies and how to effectively reduce the risk of mold growth in a project.
Recognize how product choices can influence project scheduling in terms of time and cost savings.
Name the potential scheduling benefits for the designer, contractor, owner and occupant.

Title: Sustainability and Product Manager, Georgia-Pacific Gypsum LLC
Background: Reid has 25 years experience in the Building Products industry. He is currently Sustainability Manager/ Product Manager for Georgia-Pacific LLC where he serves as Subject Matter Expert on green building topics including building codes, standards, and green building programs. He works with product development and management teams integrating sustainable and building science principles into Georgia-Pacific Building Products and processes. Current green building activities include; Chair of the Gypsum Association’s External Issues Committee and is also the chair of the American Wood Council’s Green Building Codes and Standards sub-committee. Reid has a B.A. from the University of Oregon, College of Business Administration.
