Upon completion of this course, the Learner should be able to:
- Discuss how mitigating the decibel level of noise in the environment contributes to sustainable design.
- List the negative effects of noise and summarize how reducing noise levels can have a positive impact on the community and on human health.
- State the green features and green manufacturing practices of noise barriers made of PVC tongue and groove rail.
- Define how designing with PVC noise barrier systems can contribute towards earning LEED® points.
